Show scheduled host/service downtimes - ID: 1537578

With the attached patch against nsc 0.80-2, scheduled
host/service downtimes will be taken into account and
displayed similarly to acknowledged host/service
states. I haven't touched nsc_nagios.pm:_v1_parser()
though, so this will only work with Nagios 2.x.
