Some of the linked skills seem to not be set up to
work the way they have on OSI shards since as long as
I can remember (1999 SA iirc).

i.e. Weaponskill+Tact+Anat

You have Weapskill+tact gaining but left Anat to
strickly gain with Healing, however on OSI shards it
always gained from use of WeaponSkill (and Healing).
Was usually one of the first skills to GM when playing
as a Melee type.

Also while playing around on admin with 'set skill, I
noticed that Anat doesn't give the +dmg bonus that it
always had on OSI servers.

IIRC Anat gave 10% bonus dmg when GM'ed (100.0).

It also appeared as though WeaponSkill and Tact did
nothing for max dmg. I seem to remember these causing
more dmg. IIRC WeapSkill was hit%chance and Tact was
a dmg modifier (thinking it was 50% at GM).

WeapSkill+Anat+Tact gave 160% dmg combined IIRC.

I've also noticed that EvalInt doesn't want to gain
much from casting spells. Even when set to 90% on
success and 90% on fail, it only gains considerably
less than 5% of the time.

Also would it be possible to get Focus working? Hard
to move when using fast weapons due to Stamina loss.
FYI Focus when implemented gave Stamina regen and
minor Mana regen (was added for use with primary and
secondary abilities which used mana, but they didn't
want melee types going with meditation, since that
regened too much, so they threw stamina drain in to
force melee into Focus).
