5 Boot without dvd drive - ID: 1533781

Details:

When I boot my thinkpad my dvd-rom is removed when I
load the module lt_hotswap. For it to be detected I
have to eject then re-plug it with the computer on
(hot-swap). I'm using Gentoo GNU/Linux kernel 2.6.16
and lt_hotswap 0.3.6. My computer is a R40. Everything
else works like a charm. Thanks

I've patched 0.3.6 with a fix so your devices don't get unregistered when the lths module loads.
