Please can you add custom pronunciation editor.

While reading (especially computer manuals) there are
loads of aconimes, mneumonics, appreviation,
misspellings, etc which are read by your reader in a
certain way.

Can we have a facility that can take the text and match
it with a users customisable list and pronunciate them
differently.

For example:

1. A reasonable `tar' to unpack the distribution.

will be read "A reasonable backquote tar' to unpack the
distribution."

2. I want to go to Bisley

will be read "I want to go to Blie"

3. I work with QCache

will be read "I work with cash"


So my custom list would be:
