Details:

Currently HPQnim uses option statements in
the /etc/modules.conf file.

Using ethtool settings can be set with the
ETHTOOL_OPTS flag in the ifcfg-ethX files instead.

Ethtool is a changing thing like most linux projects. It has been decided that it is easier to prompt the user to use the ethtool as is and not provide a front end to ethtool.
