5 No SQM version on Title bar - ID: 1527870

Even if the correct (default) Organizational Title
(SquirrelMail $version) is selected, during the runtime
it does not display the version number. This being
observed in release version 1.4.7.

Things broke after script layout was changed in
src/webmail.php
(http://squirrelmail.cvs.sourceforge.net/squirrelmail/squirrelmail/src/webmail.php?r1=1.92.2.17&r2=1.92.2.18)

webmail.php change was required due to introduced
register_globals code.

Attached initial patch. Patch changes global.php script
layout. It might need deeper review.
