Simple fixes - ID: 1524289

This patch fixes the following:
1. changed the website address from http://
gchore.sourcefore.net to http://gchore.sourceforge.net
in about dialog..
2. There is a bug so that the task->time was not
properly saved into the gchore.task file..so while
editing a task, the proper time the task was scheduled
to won't show up..
