form tag placement on right_main.php - ID: 1521389

The opening form tag for the FormMsgsINBOX form on
right_main.php is inside a <td> tag. There is no
closing </form> tag on this page.
The opening <form> tag should be BEFORE the opening
<table> tag because there are many <input> tags that
are part of the form, and are inside other rows of the
table.
