5 GR should not check for beta versions - ID: 1517939

Details:

The default behavior for GR is for it to check for
updates as well as beta updates. This behavior forces
the general user to get confused and requires them to
find the check box under the preferences to disable
this behavior.

I belive the default behavior should be to check for
newer versions but not beta versions.

What I've tried to do in the past is set betas to llok for updated betas and finals, and for finals to only look for finals.
