The different types of Favorites behave not as expected.
1. Individuals are printed without bullets, all the
others with bullets. Why do we need bullets? Each
Favorite is printed in its own box.
In IE, the Family and Source bullets are printed on the
wrong side (middle of the page) for texts that are not
in the page orientation.
2. Individuals and URLs are printed in the page
orientation, Families and Sources in the text orientation.
3. The top Favorites are always printed in the page
orientation. I do not have a problem with this.
