Doesn't launch shortcuts correctly - ID: 1497781
Last Update: Settings changed ( p3k )
Shortcuts are not launched properly if the shortcut
target includes parameters. For instance a shortcut
to:
notepad.exe x.txt
launches Notepad but ignores the x.txt file name.
