Gallery

Once the shared codebase has been upgraded, the
multisite upgrade process requires logging in each
gallery and following the upgrade wizard in each of
them. This is a major administrative chore. Either the
systems administrator does it himself, which is a
ludicruous use of valuable administrator time, or he
notifies the users of the upgrade and their galleries
are unavailable until they complete the upgrade
process. Either way falls short of a satisfying
solution as soon as the number of galleries on the
multisite installation increases to significant
numbers. It would be very nice if a multisite
administrator could perform the upgrade process with
just one upgrade wizard.
