Details:

I think the time used in $Topic->isArchived(), along
with other similar time/number limits, should be
configurable via the settings file or whatever.

Right now, $Topic->isArchived() checks if it's older
than a week (time()-WEEK), and that's probably to
little for many forums.

The solution that will be implemented in the next version is to archive only posts which are no longer on the main topic list. This requires a bit more query/logic but makes the most sense. Also the number of items on the main topic list should be configurable.
