I'd like to categorize other into shell replacements
and also add file managers

Also, i'd like to remove all other/proprietary licenses
programs since this is OSSWIN and not FREEWAREWIN

With a wiki, changes can be made instantaneously and
you can alos make trackbacks to recover from spam. i
recommend mediawiki (what wikipedia uses)
