Problems with scaling of many-valued data - ID: 1464551

I attach a file that I could not get scaled in a decent manner.
Some values are simply not read from the file section <MultRel>:
e.g., the values of the ID_VICTIM attribute for the first 3 objects are
void
(?!?).
Other values, while correctly read will disappear after the scaling step:
e.g., the value 5 of the CEIZ attribute in the first 3 objects.
