Please add a command to conf uld that would allow you to turn on or off
upload notification in the log. If you primarily use rodi core instead of
timple, there is no easy way to know exactly when a remote peer might
start an download. Having rodi core notify you in the log is a great way
to see how many times someone downloads, and also know exactly
when your system is currently being used to upload content.

Sure uld stat will tell you, but constantly having to type uld stat is a
pain.
