AugTerm terminal emulator

The "standout mode" in Augment is a mode in which text
being written to the screen is shown in reverse video.

The Java AugTerm does not currently give the correct
behavior for standout mode. While it does show reverse
video wherever there is a character, the empty lines
and "space" areas of the screen are shown in regular
(non-reverse) colors.

The VAT program and DOS AugTerm both have the correct
behavior.
