Users should be able to control the %path% such as
being able to format the %path% to something other the
current. Such as being able to set
/folder/subfolder/photo-ID-number/ or
/folder/subfolder/filename/ or filename.php. Basically
just be able to format it however a user wants to
instead of being stuck with just %path%.
