external blacklist not updating properly - ID: 1448831
Last Update: Settings changed ( droolin )
The external blacklist doesnt seem to be automatically
updating properly. On 03/08/2006 the external
blacklist was changed, but nothing appears in the
ib.master.blacklist signifying that.
When idiotblocker is run from command line, the update
occurs.
This will require further testing to find possible reason.
