VESA Coordinated Video Timings (CVT) support - ID: 1433879

Given the monitor industry has switched to LCD
production, it is important to support VESA Coordinated
Video Timings, which features reduced blanking, a
feature used by many flat panels. A sample VESA CVT
implementation can be found in
http://www.vesa.org/public/CVT/CVTd6r1.xls .
