FPHDB requires obsolete PHP settings - ID: 1405110

FPHDB requires some obsolete PHP settings. For
example, new PHP installs often do not honor short <?
tags but instead require <?php. Also, in
Customer/submit.php, for example, it seems FPHDB
assumes autoglobals is enabled when calling the
variable $Customer.
