cvsplot

I use the cvsplot tool in conjunction with other tools
for reporting on a cvs repository. Most tools need cvs
log output to work on. It would save a lot of time if
the cvsplot script could use cvs log output that has
already been generated. This way, cvs log data
wouldn't have to be generated for each tool.
