A bug was found in the code that allows for delayed
engineID probing that actually prevents SNMPv3 traps
from working right. This patch fixes that issue and
should be applied to all releases from 5.2 and up to
and including 5.2.2.
This bug actually probably shows up in other places
as well, as it's a generic bug about creating SNMPv3
users from session parameters.
