Default browser is not $BROWSER - ID: 1373729

The default browser becomes /opt/NSCPcom/netscape.
I would expect it to be the env.var BROWSER (which I
have set to "mozilla").
Current setting:
Preferences > Browser = Use system default browser
Using thinfeeder_milestone_1_1_ALL_OS.zip on Solaris 8.
