[G2] progressive JPGs - ID: 1368222

It would be a great feature if one can choose between
normal oder progressive (interlaced) jpg generation for
all pictures that gallery produces (thumbnails, resized
pictures from the original pictures, etc).
ImageMagick's convert tool e.g. has an option
(-interlace interlacetype) that allow one to generate
progressive jpgs.
