show BOTH numbers AND names - ID: 1355508

When tracking down an issue with /usr/share/pci.ids, it
is great to see both the name and the PCI ID, in the
same dump. Otherwise you have to make two dumpes
(lspci -v -n and lspci -v) to see everything.
The suggested improvement is to always show the pci ID,
so that the user can't forget to give it to you in a
support situation.
