Details:

Owners have special permissions to their items.

There are some galleries where it is more convenient to
have shared albums amongst several users rather than
one album per user. All users can upload to a common
album.

In such cases, it is important to have permissions
settings so that each user has rights to modify/delete
only their *own* items and not others'.

This useful function would prevent a user to modify or
delete, accidentally or not, other user's images.

I have a common album that many users contribute to, if a user adds an item they should automatically have permissions as owner to edit or delete ONLY their items. Please can this be added as I now have to manually edit permissions for users which is time consuming.
