BgChanger

On Fedora 4, after bgchanger has run for a while, the
wallpaper stops updating. Bgchange continues to run in
the background, attempting to change the wallpaper, but
no more updates occur. Killing bgchanger and then
using the desktop configuration interface to manually
change the wallpaper fails as well. The only way to
regain control of your wallpaper settings is to log out
and back in. Whether this is a Gnome bug or a
bgchanger bug, I am uncertain.
