For my site, only some users will want albums and only
one group of user should be allowed to have albums. I
need more control than deciding if albums are created
when the user is created or when they click on "your
album" as users are likely to click on that even if
they don't want to create one.

These additions would do what I need:

1: Have users go through something more than clicking
the "your album" link to create an album. They should
have to click an "add album" link and go through the
normal album creating screen like an admin except this
album would go where the admin has specified user
albums belong automatically.

2: Specify which groups are allowed to create albums.


The rest of these are other possibilites to make this
RFE more comprehensive.

3. Have the album be created when the user uploads
his/her first photo as in

4: Manually created by admin. This would add a button
to the user screen for "create album" and have the same
effect the "your album" link does now except creates it
for that user.

5: Have a request system where a user can request a new
album and the admin has a list of requests and can
approve or deny each one.
