Default channel name fix - ID: 1304360

In the US, the channel names will default to crap like
"Satellite", which is obviously not the name of a
channel. This patch will set the default channel names
to what they're meant to be (ex. "65 TBS").
Use the patch on src/parser.cpp
From the src dir, run: patch -p0 < parser.diff
Then run make and make install
