Currently the file names of imported photos are
translated so that non-ASCII characters are converted
into underscores.

It would be better if they could be translated after
some more intelligent scheme, for example one that
would strip accents (é -> e, ö -> o, etc).

For Danish users it would be nice to translate æ -> ae,
ø -> oe, and å -> aa too and I guess German users would
like to have ß -> ss as well.
