On Screen Magnifier

Hello,

I'm kind of disappointed by my evaluation as I was
expecting OSM to magnify the contents behind the mouse.
Someone strongly recommended it to us on the Virtual
Magnifying Glass project forum.

My requirement is simple, magnify the contents behind
the mouse. I really don't understand what's the point
of magnifying the contents... behind the "loupe"
itself. But my opinion doesn't matter, I supposed your
requirements were different from mine.
