Testing out Gallery 2 RC2 and noticed that watermarks
for hotlinking do not scale to the size of an image.
i.e., if the watermark is larger than the image being
watermarked then any of the watermark larger than the
image will be lost. There should at least be an option
for scaling the watermark to fit the image when it is
larger than the image.

This would be handy for when you have an images that
are large and want a single watermark image for
hotlinks that will effectively cover most of the large
images and still be usable for smaller images as well.

This probably should be extended to watermarking in
general.
