Allow programs other than dot and neato - ID: 1267301

Allow programs other than dot and neato to be called
from ZGRViewer, by providing another menu item that
allows the user to enter the full command line that
will create an SVG file that ZGRViewer can then display.
This can be useful for other programs of the GraphViz
package, but also possibly for viewing SVG documents
generated by other programs (provided they generated
SVG using the vocabulary subset supported by ZVTM).
