Gallery

Most phpbb implementations I've seen will automatically
open links posted by members in a new window. This
keeps the person (who doesn't use tabs) from leaving
the site when they click on these links.

I think this would be a great option for Gallery 2.
Most people want to avoid allowing html commenting for
security and because it is difficult for users. This
leaves no way to make links open in a new window.

Obviously, if it were implemented, it should be an
option that the administrator can enable.
