Details:

ServiceManager.sCfg.maxConcurrentConnectAttempts is not
getting stored in phex.gui.dialogs.options.NetworkPane

Workaround: You can change the value in phex.cfg my
modifing the value in line 'maxConcurrentConnectAttempts'

maxConcurrentConnectAttempts = 10
