Pubmed EFetch and Search results format - ID: 1251351

When pubmed returns a bunch of results for articles in accordance
with the search criteria and one has to scroll from one page to the
next, it would be nice if the mouse pointer when pointed to 21>>40
etc changes shape to indicate it is a hyperlink and by clicking it
something will happen. Right now one clicks on it and doesnt know
anything is happening and may click on it multiple times resulting in
skipping pages
