misplaced comments for "subs" - ID: 1249263

if there are 2 subs in sequence in the class file, then
the comments from the first sub are omitted for the
first member in the XML file.
However, the comments from the first sub are found
associated with the second sub member
The error is reproducible.
Reverse the order of the subs and the same problem
occurs for the alternate order.
