gThumb image viewer and browser

It would be really good if one could use the mouse
scroll wheel to navigate from one image to the next
instead of having to click on a next button or use a
page down key. When one is navigating through hundreds
of images this makes complete sense and is the default
functionality for Kuickshow and ACDsee.

It would also be nice if the middle mouse button
toggled between full screen and windowed view.
