6 JMX remote command 'stop' leaves zombie crawler - ID: 1203958

Details:

The JMX 'stop' command does indeed take down the Web
UI, but the JMX server continues to listen for commands
even after the crawler has otherwise stopped
responding. Also, the Heritrix process does not exit.
Further JMX commands are not executed, and Status
inquiries return a blank line.

There is a test in the IA test harness under this bug ID.

Test will continue to run in the daily harness for two weeks, after which it will move to the regression harness. Closing bug -- score one for the good guys.
