It would be great to remove the individual "buttons" to
activate/deactivate, install/uninstall for each module
mimic the phpMyAdmin interface to do multiselect to
select the modules then use a buttons or a pull-down to
perform the desired action on multiple modules at the
same time.

If uninstalling them, then you'd only get prompted with
the "are you sure" and a list of modules once, not for
each module.

The Layouts admin page could also benifit from this
enhancment.
