29/Jun/05 I can get the converter to work for pokerroom hands
taken from pokertracker by adding the text " ($1 in chips)" after
each player's name in the seat listing like this:

Seat 8: BigFish ($1 in chips)

Oh man. Forget the posts about the string "hand" and such.
I never noticed the difference in the format between the
specific pokerroom hand histories and the pokernetwork
version. I've been using the generic pokernetwork pages
since I can get access to hands offline (and to other hands
I didn't necessarily play in). Shoot. I never noticed the
difference.

I still see "in chips" in real money ring games. I also see
"hand" before the hand number [as of 2005 May 30].

Maybe the bug is related to the patch I submitted? Try
adding spaces around your cards and see if all is well.

It looks like the error with the pokerroom hand histories
is on line 7337 and line 906s. When parsing the header
of the PokerRoom hand history, the script is looking
for the string "hand". That string no longer appears (I am
guessing it used to).

A typical PokerRoom hand history header looks like

Texas Hold'em $0.25-$0.50 (real money), #867,983,108
Table Alamo, 1 May 2005 9:35 PM ET

If I change the first line to be

Texas Hold'em $0.25-$0.50 (real money), hand #867,983,108

then the converter seems to work.
