I actually already created this in the members module, but it
was never commited.

I will dust it off, and see if I can fix the last "bug" and decide if
this belongs in G2, and in Members.

I imagine something like the phpbb's "who's online"
paragraph. And I think the members module would be an
appropriate place for it. Then again, there may be some
users that want the "who's online" list but not the rest of
the members module. So, either make everything of the module
optional or this should be a module of its own.

Implementation:
Count/Get the entries of the sessions table which have a
modified since date which is less than so and so old.
