Cannot untar file - ID: 1191041

Hi,
I just downloaded Jestur 0.3 but i'm not able to untar the
file.
I noticed that the last activity was over a year ago, so
i'm not sure if the project is still active.
Please let me know if Jestur is still avialable for
download or not (by the way the file size is 4 kb!)
