nonmips

The instance of ccache built with
nonmips-tcb-0.1.tar.bz2 is broken. It patches (see
make/ccache.mk) the cache directory for ccache to a
fixed place somewhere in the build directory. This
makes the toolchain useless for anyone other than the
person who built the toolchain and the builder too once
the build directories are cleaned up (ie - tossed).
This is the cause of the strange path complained about
when using the prebuilt version in
nonmips-tc-0.1-EB.i386-bin.tar.bz2 (/mnt/hda8/....).
