Maven Plugins

Currently, all of the goals either deploy files
generated by the dist plugin, or the jar plugin.

Neither of these match my deployment criteria, so I
build my own distribution file through maven. I'd like
to be able to deploy that through the sourceforge plugin.

It's a simple modification of the deploy-jar goal and
an addition of a property.
