Kawasaki USB to Ethernet Driver

I'm using a Compaq Presario 1200 laptop running FC3
(patched & latest 2.6 kernel. I'm using a Xircom
PortGear PGENET-10 USB NIC to connect.

My problem is that I have to plug and unplug a couple
of times in order to get the card to configure.

Once it is connect, it works fine.

Here's the output from dmesg:
