5 Cannot Connect - IPPP is in place - ID: 1122139

Details:

I'm working with a 7750 RIM, Bell Mobility Network, OS
v4.0

Connecting to BlackChat with my MSN username and
password gives the error:
"Cannot CONNECT to the IM Server (Protocol not found:
null)"

The IPPP service book is in place and I have full Web
access via the built in BlackBerry Web Browser.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Date: 2006-08-23 22:27 Sender: woodentulip Logged In: YES user_id=74036 Unsaid in the summery is that this is an ICQ client. I thought it was an IRC client, and found out only after testing in my Dev system that it was ICQ. I had to fetch my legacy ICQ number out of storage, and see what it did. It is NOT MSN. -sean
