webserver non gui mode - ID: 1082466

I wanted to be able to run the web server under linux
on startup , before logging in and getting an X session.
This patch creates an oggcarton-server script which
runs a "main" method I stuffed into OggCartonServer, so
the web side can run non-interactively.
