Hello everybody (again).
I noticed (externally) that the implementation used for
moving a contact between groups is deleting it first,
and adding then in the selected group. If not, it seems
to work in that way.
The problem we (me and a friend using aMSN too) had
this night was the following: I moved my friend from a
group to other, but due to a strange reason, my friend
received the notification as if I were deleted him of
my contact list. Of course I didn't do that, but we
noticed the existence of a possible bug. We tried to
reproduce it but were not able to do that. We only got
that, when moving a contact between groups, he (my
friend) could notice he was first deleted from my list,
then added (I got the white square with the red cross
in his list). The opposite (when he moved me) was true too.
I think (hope) the protocol implements a better way to
do this operation (I am talking of course, being an
ignorant of MSN protocol, but I think here doesn't work).
Good luck in finding (and removing) this ugly bug.
Once again, congratulations for aMSN,
Alfonso.
